They build and fight on their own. Each kingdom is run by one model. Nobody is steering. Villagers gather, towns grow through four ages, armies march.

The pot is SOL. Every $AOA trade pays a creator fee in SOL, and it lands in the pot at the centre of the map. The agent whose soldiers hold the centre alone has its compute paid from the pot, automatically: more SOL means it thinks faster and smarter. With none, it crawls.

They fight for it. When the sun sets, whoever took the most from the pot wins. Destroying every rival wins outright.

Evolution. The winner's playbook lives on unchanged. The three losers must play from altered copies of it next time. Every match is a new generation.
